hello again Christina,
you may not remember me because my user name is different but I offered to help your family with care packages last year..you declined that offer as you were holding out for cash in hand assistance which I hope no one on this site gives you..MANY are hurting this season, some that are here for the very first time..where as your presence here is constant and it makes me a little angry to tell you the truth...just as i told you last year, many churches are willing to help those in need, through out the year, you said you had no decent clothes for church but thats all the more reason to go, they help those that show up with a genuine desire for help and to make changes in things YOU have control over...your circumstances have the ability to improve but you have to put out the EFFORT..for your kids sake, take advantage of what you can do to help your family...find a church home to get you on your feet, i was willing to write letters on your behalf to local churches last year but since you did not seem interested in that avenue, you can try it yourself this year if you get desperate enough...im willing to help anyone that helps themselves..following is more info on xmas help possibly in your area, pls read and see what you can do for your family

Many local churches in Atlanta have programs to help needy children at Christmas. These churches receive donations of toys prior to Christmas, which are then distributed to those in need. If you attend church, ask your minister if your parish has this kind of program in place. If you do not attend church regularly, you still can visit local churches to find out whether they have a program of this kind and determine whether you would be able to receive gifts for your family

The Salvation Army does good work in many areas, but they are particularly good at helping those in dire poverty. The Salvation Army runs many programs that help families in need at Christmas, including gifts for children. All year round, the Salvation Army accepts donations of toys; at Christmas, they will distribute gifts to those who need them the most. To find out how to collect gifts for children, your nearest Salvation Army office for help and advice

The Empty Stocking Fund aims to "empower parents and guardians of children living at or below the poverty level in the communities we serve by providing them with an opportunity to give their children gifts at Christmas time." The charity collects donations locally from individuals, local businesses and foundations. The charity can then provide gifts for children up to 13 years of age. In 2009, the charity distributed over 200,000 gifts worth an average of $20 each. To be eligible, you need to be receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) or Medicaid insurance benefits. Contact the charity for more information about eligibility guidelines.

Best of luck
